Green Concept Engineering Consultants’ office is established in June 2012 to carry out Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Building services design and supervision of MEP installations at sites for all types of buildings.

Green Concept is owned and is managed by Mr. Amjad Nassar who is over 30 years’ experience in MEP Consultancy field.
Green Concept Engineering Consultants is a Building Services (MEP) Consultancy office based in Dubai with highly qualified engineers with long experience in UAE in Building Services field. Our services consist of Design and Supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Systems Installations for all types of buildings and specialized facilities in accordance with international standards, local authority regulations and also Green Buildings regulations (DM Green Buildings , LEED , Estidama, etc.). The services covers all design stages and include Design Concept Reports, Preliminary & Detailed Design Drawings, MEP Specifications, Cost Estimate & Feasibility Studies, Value Engineering Studies, Tender Documents and Bill of Quantities, Supervision of the MEP services installations and Site Management.
